These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Inspirational Messages website at myinspirationalmessages.com and our SMS text messaging program, operated by Julie and Jayme ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

My Inspirational Messages provides a free subscription-based SMS program that delivers daily biblically based inspirational messages to subscribers. Our service is intended to encourage and uplift subscribers through faith-based content.

2. Eligibility
To subscribe to our SMS program, you must:
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid U.S. mobile phone number
• Have authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. SMS Program Terms
By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to the following:
• You will receive approximately one (1) inspirational text message per day
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

• My Inspirational Messages is not liable for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier

4. Content
All messages sent through our program are biblically based and intended to inspire, encourage, and uplift. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or theological interpretation of any message content. Our content reflects the personal faith perspective of Julie and Jayme and is not intended to serve as professional spiritual counseling or religious instruction.

5. User Conduct
By using our service, you agree not to:
• Provide false information when subscribing
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with our messaging systems
• Forward our messages for commercial use without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

9. Opt-Out and Termination
You may unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on myinspirationalmessages.com with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
